This website and store are operated by LOOMZORA HONG KONG LIMITED (“Loomzora”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website. You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction.
Our products
Loomzora sells textile and fabric pieces, not finished dresses. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, each item is supplied as one complete pre-cut piece in the length stated in its title or description. Colours, sheen, and texture may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, and natural production variation. Please contact us before ordering if colour, composition, or project suitability is critical.
Product information and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices, and stock accurate, but may correct errors or cancel an affected order. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve stock. We may limit quantities, reject fraudulent or abusive orders, or discontinue products.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding sale is formed when we accept the order and confirm it for fulfilment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payments may be subject to authorization, identity, security, and fraud-prevention checks by us, Shopify, and the selected payment provider. All ordinary purchases are one-time purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices, taxes, and currency
The price and currency shown at checkout are the price and currency for your order. Taxes collected by us, if any, are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or brokerage may be charged by the destination country as explained in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation; we will try to help before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; misuse payment information, discounts, returns, or disputes; scrape the site without permission; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
Intellectual property
The Loomzora name, website design, original text, graphics, and images are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party services and links
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may rely on payment providers, carriers, analytics, advertising, and other service providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Product care and customer responsibility
You are responsible for assessing whether a textile is suitable for your intended project. Test care, cleaning, washing, ironing, dyeing, sewing, and treatment methods on a small area where appropriate. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery by incorrect cutting, sewing, treatment, storage, or use.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, which means you may also have rights to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where mandatory consumer law permits.
Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from publication and do not reduce rights already accrued under an accepted order.
