Available payment methods
The payment methods currently available to you are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your country, currency, device, order, and the payment provider’s eligibility rules. We do not promise that any particular card, wallet, or provider will be available unless it is shown and selectable during checkout.
Currency and charges
The order currency and total are shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion, international-transaction, or other fees that we do not control or receive.
Authorization and security
Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Payment attempts may be subject to authorization, identity, security, and fraud-prevention checks. We may request additional information or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified.
One-time purchases
Ordinary Loomzora orders are one-time purchases. We do not enrol customers in recurring subscriptions unless a product page and checkout clearly disclose a subscription before purchase.
Billing information
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact you to correct it or cancel and refund the affected transaction.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please contact admin@loomzora.com first if you believe a billing error occurred so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit rights available through your provider or applicable law.
